Lee R. Foster, 60, of Waterloo, died Aug. 23, 2015, in St. Louis.
He was born Jan. 3, 1955, in E. St. Louis, son of the late Roy and Ruth C. (nee Ashton) Foster.
Lee was active in 5th Spiritualist Church, St. Louis, and he was a carman for Union Pacific Railroad.
He is survived by his wife Sue Foster; children Crystal Decker, Pete (Zorikei) Decker, and Joseph Decker; grandchildren Cameron Whitlock, Gage Wienhoff, Zach Wienhoff, Kael Decker, Alex Posey and Neika Decker; nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation is Friday, Aug. 28, from 3 to 7 p.m., at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo.
Funeral services will immediately follow the visitation at 7 p.m., at the funeral home, Pastor Marilyn Kalna officiating.
As an expression of sympathy memorials may be made to the family.
